1.Kick-off meeting

2. Training: How to promote healthy lifestyle and prevention of risk factors through sport activities The training will take two days. The participants will acquire valuable skills in how to:

- Apply informal methods as means for acquiring new knowledge, skills and competences in working with young people from disadvantaged background

- Apply effective techniques, innovative solutions and best practices on how to promote healthy lifestyle and sports activities as a means for prevention of different kinds of addiction and risk behaviour habits;

- Provide information to the young people who want to optimize the way they eat and teach them how to exercise properly in a way that does not lead to injury.
